After 11 successful years in Real Estate, Jill’s savvy edge and business smarts were a natural fit for 'The Art of Real Estate’ Team. She not only brings with her a unique skill set of business experience, but a spirit of adventure and passion to meet any challenge that comes her way.
Jill started her professional career in Fashion Marketing utilizing a Fine Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and then Business, Fashion & Marketing at Ryerson. Her entrepreneurial spirit and drive first led her to New York City to win over designers and manufacturers and represent their products in Canada. Years later, a new business venture was waiting around the corner.
The move into the Real Estate World wasn't out of the ordinary for Jill with a long line of family members already in the business. And having grown up in Toronto's West End, she naturally chose this as her primary trading area, but made it a priority to strategically learn other flourishing City neighbourhoods so that her clients could pursue options they may not have considered.
Throughout her career in Real Estate, Jill tailored her marketing programs to each individual listing to effect maximum exposure for their target buyers achieving outstanding results for her clients. Her innate insight and perspective helped her respond to a broad range of socio economic buyers. Her compassion to not just the financial needs but also the emotional needs of her clients resulted in a diverse range of business - servicing CEO’s, Empty Nesters, Trade Up Families and First Timers.
