The newest member to join The Art of Real Estate Team is Shawn Costanzo. What can we say about Shawn except that everyone loves him!

Shawn brings to the Team a spirited enthusiasm and his own unique skill set combining a wealth of knowledge and diverse experience. Having worked in the administration and reception area for the successful and busy Royal LePage Kingsway Office for two years, he has seen and heard it all.

The next stepping stone was continuing to build experience in the real estate world as an assistant & client care manager for another top real estate agent. It's always good to know the competition. During this time, Shawn continued his education towards his license with the Ontario Real Estate Association which he successfully completed.

Shawn Costanzo is a people person and loves life with a passion. His drive, determination and responsibility in life is exemplified from his background as an Aquatics Trainer and CPR instructor for six years.

And now it has come full circle as Shawn returns to the Kingsway Office of Royal LePage to start a new venture with The Art Of Real Estate. There are many people around besides Christine that expressed what a great positive addition Shawn will be to The Team.
